Return Policy
Any physical products purchased through Ancestors Swedish may be returned for credit if they are in “as new” condition. For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for packaging the product in a manner that will retain its original condition during shipping. Upon the safe return of the product to Ancestors Swedish, a credit will be issued to the customer’s credit card, less a $2.50 US restocking fee.
In the case of goods received by the customer in a damaged condition, Ancestors Swedish will replace these items and ship them free of charge to the customer.

It is the policy of Ancestors Swedish that customer information will not be given to any party not involved in managing and caring for our customers. You can access our web site and home page and browse our site without disclosing personal data. We collect only the personal information you volunteer while using our website. When you make a purchase through our site, your information is shared to the extent necessary with 3rd party providers for such functions as credit card authorization and the shipment of products to you.
Your email address will be used for receiving communications from us such as new product announcements and special promotions. If you do not want to receive this information, you may opt out upon receipt of the first communication.
We have an auto-register option at check out. This feature securely maintains your information so that you do not have to re-input data on your next order.
Children are free to browse our site. However, only authorized holders of credit cards are allowed to make purchases.
