Art Poster: Morning Shadow


Stortorget (Big Square) is Stockholm's oldest market place, and the location of magnificent architecture dating back to medieval times. It is one of the most photographed locations in Stockholm.


Artist Terry Leblanc had to be in the square early one morning and was struck by the shadows cast on the colorful old buildings by the early morning sun. That experience inspired this piece of art. It is one of her favorite pieces and one of her most popular works of art.


The poster is created from an original piece of mixed media art. Poster size is 12.5 by 18 inches (32 by 46 cm). Item shipped separately in mailing tube. Frame this piece and bring a bit of Sweden to your home!


Terry Leblanc is a Swedish-American artist living in Stockholm. She has been fascinated for many years with the architecture of Stockholm's Old Town (Gamla Stan), the origins of which go back to the 11th century. Much of her artwork depicts the Old Town. As an artist, she uses a mixed media technique, combining photographic elements, digital tools and handwork.
